  2. Locate "Change Password" on the left side of the page.
  3. Follow the recommended steps and click "submit." Your new password will be immediately sent to the email address linked with your account.

Selecting Your Destination Simply enter or type the city name or IATA code in the designated box to choose your destination.

Modifying/Canceling a Booking To modify or cancel a booking:

  1. Log in to your account on the TouroVision website.
  2. Go to "My Account," select the itinerary you wish to cancel, and press the "cancel" button.
  3. Enter your reason for cancellation and submit your request.

Our customer service team will review your request against the airline's terms and conditions and inform you about the applicable cancellation policy. Note, cancellation or change fees may apply based on the airline's terms.

For changes or cancellations, contact our customer service team, available 24/7, for assistance.

Information on Hotels, Car Rentals, and Cruises Our comprehensive offerings include hotels, car rentals, and cruises. Contact our customer service team for support with bookings, payments, and other inquiries.

Online Payment Online payment allows for instant ticketing. You'll need a valid credit card to make an online payment.

Receiving Your Tickets After online payment, e-tickets are issued automatically. These can be viewed and printed from the "My Account" section on our website and will also be emailed to you.

Cancellation and Refunds for Online Bookings If you cancel an online booking, the refund will be processed automatically to your account, subject to applicable charges per passenger.

Not Receiving Your E-Ticket If you haven't received your e-ticket within 24 hours or if your flight is imminent, please contact our customer service immediately.

E-Tickets An e-ticket is an electronic version of a paper ticket, stored in the airline's database, offering convenience and efficiency.

Benefits of E-Ticketing E-tickets provide numerous advantages, including no physical ticket to carry, easy itinerary changes, quicker refunds, expedited check-in processes, and availability through convenient channels like the internet.

Booking Information for E-Tickets Ensure your name is spelled as it appears on your passport to facilitate smooth customer service.

Additional Requirements for E-Tickets You may need to present a passport, residency ID, or national ID, depending on your flight.

E-Ticket Receipt at Check-In It's recommended to show your e-ticket receipt and identification at check-in to expedite the process.

Total Price Inclusions The total price includes all room costs for your stay, plus any service fees from TouroVision.

Booking Without an Email Address If you don't have an email address, our customer service can make reservations on your behalf.

Booking for Others You can book for friends or others either online or through our customer service.

Variable Hotel Rates Hotel rates can fluctuate based on various factors. Once payment is received, your booking price is secured.

Hotel Room Photos Please note that actual room sizes and furnishings may vary from the photos displayed online.

Late Check-In Most hotels accommodate late check-ins. For very late arrivals, directly inform the hotel to ensure your reservation is maintained.

Hotel Booking Confirmation After completing your booking, you'll receive a hotel voucher via email, which includes all necessary details for your stay.

Re-Confirming Your Booking No need to re-confirm your booking with us or the hotel. Contact our customer service for any pre-departure inquiries.

Check-In Documents Bring your confirmation email and voucher for check-in. Hotels may also request a credit card for incidental charges.
